Position: Senior D365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant (Lead)
Experience: 6+ Years
Notice Period: Can be considered up to 20 Days
Location:Bangalore
Technical Stack: D365 Customer Engagement (CE), Power Platform, C#/.NET, Azure integration.
Role Objective
 We are looking for a seasoned D365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade solutions. You will be responsible for leading requirement-gathering workshops, designing scalable architectures, and performing hands-on development for complex customizations that "Out-of-the-Box" features cannot address.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Architecture & Design 
  • Lead client workshops to capture business requirements and translate them into Functional Design Documents (FDD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD) .
  • Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend standard D365 features vs. custom development.
  • Design complex data models and security structures within Dataverse .
 
2. Hands-on Technical Development
  • Develop and maintain custom C# Plug-ins , Custom Workflow Activities , and Actions .
  • Create rich user interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript and Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) .
  • Build advanced automation using Power Automate (cloud flows) and classic workflows.
 
3. Integration & Data Management
  • Architect and implement integrations between D365 and external systems (ERP, Marketing tools, etc.) using Azure Logic Apps , Web APIs , or Azure Functions .
  • Lead large-scale data migration activities using tools like SSIS (with KingswaySoft) , Scribe , or Dataflows .
4. Leadership & Mentorship 
  • Provide technical leadership to a team of 3–5 junior developers/consultants.
  • Perform Code Reviews and ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) via Azure DevOps .
 
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Core Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics CRM / D365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service, or Field Service).
  • Technical Mastery: 
  •  Proficient in C# , .NET Framework, and SQL Server .
  • Expertise in Client-side scripting (Web Resources, JavaScript).
  • Strong experience with Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages).
  • Functional Depth: Deep understanding of CRM business processes (Lead-to-Cash, Case Management, SLA tracking).
  • Certifications (Preferred): * MB-210 (Sales), MB-230 (Customer Service), or PL-400 (Power Platform Developer).
  • MB-600 (Solution Architect) is a significant plus.
