Position: SAP ABAP Consultant
Experience Level: 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and support SAP ABAP programs including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEF)
- Develop and enhance ALV Reports, Classical/Interactive Reports, Module Pool programs
- Work on Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, SAP Scripts
- Perform User Exits, Customer Exits, BADIs, Enhancements Framework
- Develop and support IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, Web Services
- Collaborate with functional teams (SD, MM, FI, PP, WM, etc.) to understand business requirements
- Support SAP production issues, bug fixes, and performance tuning
- Prepare technical design documents and follow development standards
- Participate in code reviews and ensure quality and compliance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in SAP ABAP / ABAP OO
- Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA
- Experience with IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, ALE/EDI
- Strong knowledge of Enhancements, BADIs, User Exits
- Experience in Forms (Smart Forms / Adobe Forms)
- Knowledge of Performance Optimization, Debugging, and Code Inspector
- Exposure to SAP HANA concepts (CDS Views, AMDP – good to have)
- Good understanding of at least one functional module (SD/MM/FI preferred)
Good to Have
- Experience in Retail domain (preferred for Landmark Group)
- Exposure to OData services, SAP Fiori backend support
- Experience in S/4HANA Migration projects
- Knowledge of Workflow, PI/PO, or CPI integration
