Job Description: React Full Stack Developer (Web & Mobile)
Position Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled React Full Stack Developer to join our team and support the end-to-end development of both our web, mobile applications and Node backend. The ideal candidate is an experienced engineer who is comfortable working across the full stack, delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions using React, React Native, Node.js, and modern cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend (Web & Mobile)
- Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using React.js.
- Build and optimize mobile applications using React Native.
- Convert UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Ensure performance optimization, smooth animation, and clean component architecture.
- Implement reusable components, hooks, and state management solutions (Redux, Context API, etc.).
Backend
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js / Express.
- Integrate with third-party APIs, authentication services, and cloud-based systems.
- Implement database models, queries, and workflows using SQL databases.
- Ensure backend performance, scalability, and robust error handling.
DevOps & Deployment
- Deploy applications to production using CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor and optimize application performance in production.
- Work with AWS/Azure for hosting, cloud storage, scaling, and system reliability.
Quality & Collaboration
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in full stack development.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- React.js (functional components, hooks, state management)
- React Native (iOS + Android)
- Node.js / Express.js
- JavaScript (ES6+) & TypeScript
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Firebase.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Experience with Redux Toolkit or other advanced state management.
- Experience with Headless CMS Integration (E.g: ContentFul).
- Knowledge of mobile-specific debugging, testing, and performance tuning.
- Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.
- Ability to work in an agile environment and handle multiple deliverables.
Good to Have
- Experience with GraphQL
- Exposure to payment gateways, CRM integrations, or enterprise systems
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Detox, Cypress, etc.)
